I want to write a book. I've always wanted to. I just never got past the 1st page. I tried fiction, that was a bust. My characters ended up doing the same thing in every chapter, and I'm not good with dialogue. When I was in France, I tried a first-hand travel guide for the area I was in, but ended up being fairly unhappy with where I was at the time, that my book reeked of sarcasm and distaste. So I gave that up. Then I thought that perhaps I could use my blog posts as some sort of memior of a mid-town girl from Idaho... but that would be boring, and you can just read my blog if you're that interested.
It seems that all the good ideas are taken, and that there are soooo many books on every subject. So now my next thought is to write on what I've learned about God and His words... I know thats a tired subject in book-ville, but my own thoughts and experiences are unique, so perhaps it would be a different perspective... I dont know. Please, if you have any ideas, I would love to hear them...
I'd love to be on a best seller list, but I need to write the dang thing first. I think its a good idea. What do you think?
