Everywhere I go lately, I am surrounded by pregnant people and newborns! My best bud Cecelia is due very very soon to give birth to the boy* I know she is going to have. (Ok, i dont know it, but I'd like to think I'm right) Anna at Domestic Felicity just had hers. A good friend of ours we met when we moved up here is 6 months with a girl. Everyone who decided to sit around us in the pews very close to us at church on Sunday has newborns! (counted them... 5. FIVE!) We've had baby blessing after baby blessing after baby blessing.

I have to laugh at myself though...ask me a few years ago what I thought of babies? Ugh. Yuck. I dont know how to hold it, you take her. What a funny looking creature. Ok, waaaay to loud. You want me to change what?! And so on.
Now in the past year, and I do attribute most of this from actually seeing my nephew brand new, and just how sweet of spirit he had just coming into the world, and being able to be around him and help my sister in law out with him, kinda changed my mind. So now every time im next to a new little guy/girl, I cant help but be the adoring fan. (unless it is the 100 pound toddler that throws VERY LOUD fits in church and NO ONE WILL TAKE HIM OUTSIDE, then it rakes my nerves)
Cece, thanks for the photos on your blog, i left you some comments. Check out how cute her nursery is! Man, if I were to look like anybody pregnant, it would be her. She is making even 8 1/2 months pregnant sexy! She did everything right, eating right, excercising regularly and Im sure getting enough rest. My hats of to ya Cece, you look great, your gonna be a great mom. I am sooo excited to see her baby, even if it is only in potos. Boo. :(
Its funny, I used to never ever ever want kids. Well, it will happen when it happens, not really rushing it. Alright, my day is calling me, actually needing me to get out of my oh-so-luxurious bathrobe and slippers. Sigh. Have a wonderful day!
